PUBLIC NOTICE (23 November 2016)
Please be informed that our franchise relationship with IB Linguistics Hong Kong Limited (“IB”), who currently running Kid Smart School (Grand City Plaza), will be terminated on the day of 19th December 2016.
Upon such termination, we, Kidsmart Education Group Limited will not be related or associated with IB and IB’s director(s) and IB’s staff in any business manner and therefore we will not hold responsibility of the business conducts and activities by IB and IB’s director(s) and IB’s staff, in particular their newly established learning centre(s).
And, followed by the said handover on 19th December 2016, the premises of Kid Smart School (Grand City Plaza) will be run by us. The school will be re-opened after the renovation followed by the date of handover.

茲通知本公司Kidsmart Education Group Limited 授與 IB Linguistics Hong Kong Limited (“IB”)運作Kid Smart School (Grand City Plaza)之特許經營權，將於本年12月19日結束。屆時，本公司將不會和IB及其所有董事及員工有任何商業關係。一切華洋轇葛，包括IB及IB的任何董事及任何員工獨自經營的教育中心，均與本公司無關。
而Kid Smart School (Grand City Plaza)會在上述日期完成交接，直接由本公司運作，並待其裝修工作完畢後，重新開課及如常運作。
